If you frequently send the same message, Templates are a time-saving feature that’s perfect for you. With Templates, you can also plan messages ahead of time. Simply write out your message, label it, and save it for future use. When you’re ready to send, just select your saved template to quickly compose a new message.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to creating and using message templates.
1. From the Messages tab on the left panel of your dashboard, click on the tab called "Templates".
2. Next, click on the button in the top-right corner that says New Template +.
3. Name your Template. This is just for your own information, in order to identify and organize your templates more easily. Type out your Message, and hit the "Save" button.
4. When composing a new message, you will see a tab marked "Templates". Click on that and you will see all the Templates you created. After clicking on the template you'd like to use, it will automatically paste into the compose box and can be edited before sending.
