Whenever you send out a text message, your subscribers can respond to that message and start a one-on-one conversation with you. All incoming messages are free with Textedly.
To review all incoming messages, simply click on the Inbox tab located on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
The new inbox feature allows you not only to respond to your Textedly subscribers, but also to integrate your inbox with your other business platforms like Shopify, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and more! Enjoy the convenience of having all of your customer inquiries in one spot.
You can even leave notes on customer conversations that are visible just to you! To leave a note, you will compose your note in the message box of your thread with the subscriber, click "Save as Note", and save!
If you would like to be alerted via email each time you receive an Inbox reply, click on your profile in the bottom left corner of your dashboard and then select ACCOUNT SETTINGS from the menu. Once on this page, scroll all the way down to the bottom and you will see ALERTS. Click the Edit Contact Details button and toggle the "Inbox Alerts" to enabled. Next, add your email address in the "Alerts go to" box. You can add as many email addresses as you want. Put a comma and space between each email address if you would like to include multiple.
