Whenever you send out a text message, your subscribers can respond to that message and start a one-on-one conversation with you. All incoming messages are free with Textedly.
To review all incoming messages, simply click on the Inbox tab located on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
You can leave notes on customer conversations that are visible just to you!
To leave a note, you will compose your note in the message box of your thread with the subscriber, click "Save as Note", and save!
How to Enable Email Alerts for Inbox Replies
If you’d like to receive an email notification each time you get an Inbox reply, follow these steps:
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
Select Account Settings from the menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the Alerts section.
Click Edit Contact Details.
Toggle Inbox Alerts to Enabled.
In the Alerts go to box, enter the email address(es) you’d like notifications sent to.
You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma and a space.
Example:
[email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
