Learn how to respond to your reviews

It is important to receive reviews from customers, and taking the time to reply to them can determine if they select your business over a competitor's. Not only will customers appreciate your response, but it also makes your business look more personal and approachable which leads to a better experience for them. You can respond to your Google reviews directly from Textedly, making this easier than ever!

To respond to a review, simply select the green "Post Reply" button next to the review. This will allow you to compose and send a reply.

To view your reply history, you can click the blue "reply" button next to the review.

To archive, simply press the "Archive" button under the actions section of the review history.
