Annual plans allow you to pay for the entire year upfront, and are billed to your credit card once each year. Each plan comes with a certain number of Keywords and Messages each month. By going with an Annual Plan, we will give you 20% more messages per month!

"What are the differences between the plans?"
The plans are differentiated by the number of text messages that you get to send, and the number of Keywords that come with each plan. Additionally, you will need to purchase the Plus Plan or higher in order to have access to all features including Text-to-Pay Digital Payments, and Text Reviews.
"Can I upgrade and downgrade my plan at any time?"
This one you want to be careful with. You can always upgrade your plan at any time, but you can't downgrade. Choose the plan that works for you on day one, and then just upgrade to the next plan when you feel you are ready.
"What if I just need more messages and more Keywords?"
No worries, we got you covered. With any of the plans, you can always just purchase more messages and more Keywords at any time without having to upgrade. You can purchase extra messages in blocks of 500. This is a one-time cost of $25 for each block of 500 messages. You can also purchase as many Keywords as you like. Extra Keywords are $5 per month.
"Can I cancel?"
Yes! All Monthly plans can be canceled as they are billed month-to-month. We do not lock you into any long-term contracts.
"Can I freeze my account?"
We cannot freeze your account. If you decide Textedly is not for you, you might need to just reconsider keeping your account open so that you don't lose any of your data.
"Where can I find my Billing History?"
You would need to log into your Textedly account. Click on your account profile in the bottom left corner of your dashboard, then click on Plans & Billing. You will see all billing history here and can view, download, or email a copy of your payment history.
