Are your users not getting the Keyword Welcome Message that you created when they text your Keyword to 33222? 

This is because each Keyword campaign must first be manually approved by Textedly before the Welcome Message will go out.

Your Subscribers can still subscribe to your account by texting your Keyword to 33222. You will even see their mobile number show up in your Textedly dashboard. However they will not get the actual Welcome Message that you created until Textedly approves your Keyword campaign.

When creating a Keyword, please allow a few hours for the manual approval process.

And include the Keyword you want approved in the subject-line of the email, and also include it in the body of the email.
