If one of your Subscribers tries to text your Keyword to your designated number and they immediately get a message back to their phone that says Service Access Denied, this means they have short code blocking enabled on their mobile carrier account.

The Service Access Denied is not a error we send, but rather the mobile carrier is sending out that message.

We mostly see this error in T-Mobile accounts.

All your Subscriber has to do is contact their mobile carrier and tell them they want short code blocking removed from their mobile account.
