How AI Agents Work
When someone calls a Textedly number with an active AI Agent:
The caller hears your custom greeting.
The AI Agent listens and responds in real time.
The Agent uses your uploaded documents, FAQs, your website, and settings to answer questions.
If needed, the Agent can transfer the caller, collect a message, or end the call politely.
The call is logged with details and, when available, a transcript of the call conversation is in your AI Agents area.
