How to Use Personalization in Your Text Campaigns

With the Personalization feature, you can easily insert each contact's first name (and more) into your messages, helping you build stronger connections and increase engagement. Whether you're sending updates, promotions, or reminders, a little personalization goes a long way.
🔓 One-Time Activation
Personalization is available for a one-time activation fee of $28. Once it’s active on your account, it stays active and there are no monthly charges or renewals needed for this feature.
To activate, go to the app store section of your account, select the personalization feature, and click the activate button for $28.
👋 What Is Personalization?
Instead of sending a generic message to your entire list, you can automatically customize your texts using contact-specific information. That includes names, email addresses, locations, and more. Each contact receives a message that feels like it was written just for them.
Example:
Message you send:
Hi %firstname%, don’t miss our big event this Saturday!
Message they receive:
Hi Amanda, don’t miss our big event this Saturday!

✍️ How to Use It
Create your message like you normally would.
Insert the personalization tag where you want the contact’s info to appear.
Example: Hello %firstname%, thank you for joining our list!
If a contact doesn't have a first name listed, the fallback will be used.
Example: Hello Sir/Madam...
