How to Use Automatic Replies
The Automatic Replies feature works just like an out-of-office reply in email—but for text messages. When this feature is turned on, your account will automatically respond to any inbound message from a subscriber with a message you’ve written in advance. It’s a great way to stay connected, even when you’re not available to reply right away. It is a one-time $36 activation fee.
What Does It Do?
Once enabled, Automatic Replies will:
Instantly send a reply to any contact who sends you an inbound message.
Send your set message every time someone replies to one of your texts.
Keep your subscribers engaged and informed, even outside of business hours or during planned breaks.
How to Set It Up

When to Use It
You’re out of office or unavailable to reply right away.
You want to acknowledge customer messages instantly.
You’re running a campaign but won’t be actively responding.
You want to set expectations for reply times or provide additional contact info.
