How to Use Recurring Messages

Recurring messages allow you to automatically send messages to your audience on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule, saving you time and helping you stay consistent with your communication.

Step 1: Activate Recurring Messages

To get started, you’ll need to activate the feature:

  1. Go to the App Store section in your Textedly dashboard.

  2. Locate Recurring Messages and activate the app.

Once activated, you'll be able to create and manage scheduled messages from your messaging tools.

📅 Step 2: Set Up Your Recurring Message

  1. Navigate to the Messages section of your account.

  2. Click New Message

  3. Compose your message as usual.

  4. Under Choose When To Send, select Recurring.

  5. Choose how often you'd like it to send:

    • Daily

    • Weekly

    • Monthly

  6. Select the time of day you want the message to be delivered.

  7. Confirm your settings and schedule the message.

🤩 Step 3: Manage Your Recurring Message Campaign

To manage your recurring messages, click on the messages page and then the Recurring tab. Here you will find all previously scheduled recurring messages.

You can edit or cancel a recurring message at any time from this page by clicking on the message.

💡 Notes:

  • Message credits are deducted at the time the message is sent, not when it's created.
