Our Customer Support Team representatives are awesome people who are readily available and eager to help you out.

Here are our support times:

Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 11 PM CST.

Saturday & Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

To contact a Customer Support Team Member, open a support request ticket by emailing your questions to [email protected].

We typically respond the same day.  Outside business hours, we will respond the next business day.

Another way in which you can contact a Customer Support Team Member is to simply chat with us online. Do this by clicking on that black button with the Textedly 'T', which is always located in the bottom right corner of the Textedly dashboard and website.

Chatting is available at the same times listed below.
